Kevin Regan

Associate President


Kevin was elected Associate President of the LIA in July 2019, and he and his wife, Alanna, have lived in Lordship for 17 years.


He joined LIA in 2014 based on his belief that the organized structure of this association was committed to the beautification and environmental sensitivity to the Lordship Community.

Kevin is current chairperson of the Beautification Committee,  working with and supporting the dedicated volunteers who oversee the many gardens in our community. He also designed and developed gardens on Washington Parkway, West Hillside Avenue and Ackley Park.

He is an experienced Horticultural Professional/Leader with over 30 years of experience in site maintenance, snow removal, road maintenance, wetlands, woodlands, pond management, and landscape gardens for an architectural award winning (ASLA) historic 66-acre, Fortune 100 management conference center in Norwalk, CT. He now maintains a passion towards Coastal Preservation.

Kevin has been recognized by The Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce for his work at the Norwalk Center property as the only remaining “jewel” in Norwalk with a diverse natural eco-system, The ASLA (American Society Landscape Architecture) presented their award in recognition of the multiple gardens throughout the entire property, The Norwalk City Conservation Department presented an award for recognition of landscape/eco-system preservation efforts.


Kevin has also received The Town of Stratford – Beautification Committee Volunteer Service Award.
