TO INQUIRE ABOUT HOSTING EVENTS ON THE LORDSHIP BLUFFS ...
A wide grassy lawn overlooking Russian Beach and Long Island Sound, The Lordship Bluffs is a conservation land trust held in stewardship by the Lordship Improvement Association.This scenic area along the water side of Park Boulevard extends from Lordship Road to Spruce Street. The event host must be a resident(s) of Lordship in Stratford, CT and a current member of the LIA at the "Russian Beach Club" level ($100) or more. Lastly, at least one event Honoree should have a significant Lordship connection, whether past or present.
An application for an event shall be voted on by The LIA Board. Hosting an event requires a certificate of insurance, event fee, security deposit, and compliance with Lordship Improvement Association policies as well as Town of Stratford ordinances and protocols.
