No digging, planting, weeding, trimming, pruning, mulching or watering this day.

Lordship’s Ackley Park (the gazabo) LIA garden volunteers recently took a lunch break at Acapulcos restaurant in downtown Stratford – a great way to celebrate Stratford Restaurant Week (see offers ending Saturday: https://bit.ly/StratfordRestaurantWeek), and also to share time together. A topic of discussion was the giant mum at the gazebo that appears to love its place in the sun! It was so nice (and delicious) to be together that there’s talk of making it a quarterly rendezvous.

In the photo, l-r: John Florian, Charlie Lautier (Garden Captain), Paula Sweeley, Kim Winnick, Debbie Johnson, and Karen Kochiss (Chair of the Lordship Improvement Association’s Beautification & Parks Committee).
