Don't worry (and thanks for asking): The colorful lighthouse sculpture guarding Lordship's Greg Ackley Memorial Park (the gazebo) has been moved to dry dock for the winter. It's receiving a "paint sealer application and a much needed engineering modification to address rain water run-off," reports Kevin Regan, chair of the Lordship Improvement Association's Beautification and Parks Committee. The beacon will return to it's grassy post next year. (www.LordshipCT.org).
